Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CrewApps, a private web application that provides aviation-related tools including roster, calendar, contacts, document, and notification workflows.

Use of CrewApps

CrewApps is provided for authorized users only. You are responsible for using the application lawfully and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must not use CrewApps to access data you are not authorized to view, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the application in a way that violates applicable laws, Google API policies, or third-party service terms.

Google APIs

CrewApps can connect to Google APIs when you authorize a Google Account. The calendar and contacts features may use Google Calendar and Google Contacts permissions to:

CrewApps uses Google API access only for the user-facing calendar and contacts features described in the application and privacy policy.

You can revoke Google access at any time by removing the Google connection in CrewApps or by revoking CrewApps from your Google Account security settings. If access is revoked, the affected Google calendar and contacts features will stop working until the account is reconnected.

Your Data

You are responsible for the information you add to CrewApps and for confirming that you have permission to process any third-party information you import, view, or synchronize through the application.

CrewApps may process roster, flight, crew, calendar, contact, and account information as needed to provide the application features. The Privacy Policy explains how Google user data is handled.

Availability and Accuracy

CrewApps is provided as a private operational tool. The application may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate due to maintenance, provider outages, API changes, source data errors, or other issues. You remain responsible for verifying operational information against official sources before relying on it.

Third-Party Services

CrewApps integrates with third-party services, including Google APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. CrewApps is not responsible for third-party service availability, policy changes, or data returned by third-party systems.

Termination

Access to CrewApps may be suspended or removed if an account is no longer authorized, if these terms are violated, or if continued access creates operational, legal, or security risk.

Changes

CrewApps may update these terms when the application, policies, or integrated services change. Continued use of CrewApps after an update means you accept the updated terms.
